AceMath’s lead instructor, Elayn Gay, has done tapes for William C. Brown and Company. She did the Streeter Series for McGraw Hill and has just finished doing videos based on her own book in Beginning Algebra for Prentice Hall. Maurice Dupré, who does our calculus and probability series, is a professor of theoretical mathematics at Tulane University and has published many research articles and books on mathematics.
They both speak slowly, clearly, and concisely, and are very good at fielding imagined questions that the student might have or repeating key operations that have proven to be mathematical pitfalls.
